We specialize in repairing Beats headphones, including Studio Pro, Solo 4, Studio 3, Solo Pro, Solo 3, and Studio 2 Wireless. If you’re not sure about your model, feel free to contact us before shipping.
📬 How does the mail-in repair process work?
- Submit a repair request using our Repair Form.
- Follow the Shipping Instructions to send your headphones.
- Once we receive your device, we’ll inspect it and send a quote before we begin the repair.
- We'll ship it back to you when the repair is complete!
💰 How much does a repair cost?
Pricing varies depending on the model and the type of issue (e.g., no sound, broken headband, battery replacement). You'll see a quote during the repair request process, or you can contact us for an estimate.
⏱ How long does the repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 2–4 business days after we receive your headphones. Repair time can take longer if we need to order parts. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
📦 Do you provide a shipping label?
We do provide a prepaid USPS shipping label if requested on the repair form. You are responsible for securely packing and mailing your headphones to our repair center.
🛡️ Is my repair covered by a warranty?
Yes! All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor for the repaired issue.
🔎 Can I track my repair?
Absolutely. Once we receive your headphones, we’ll send you a confirmation email and status updates. You can also email support@gotoelectronics.com for updates anytime.
❌ What if my headphones can't be repaired?
If we determine your headphones are beyond repair, you can choose to have them returned or responsibly recycled. If no repair is done, you won’t be charged a repair fee (shipping fees may still apply).
