📦 How to Ship Your Headphones for Repair

Once you've submitted a repair request, please follow the instructions below to securely ship your headphones to us.


✅ Step 1: Prepare Your Device

  • Include only the headphones (no cases, cables, or accessories unless required).
  • Clean and dry your device before packing it.
  • Write your Contact Information clearly on a note inside the package.

📦 Step 2: Pack Your Headphones Securely

  • Use a sturdy box with enough padding (bubble wrap, foam, etc.) to protect your headphones.
  • Seal the box securely with strong packing tape.
