🛠Repair Disclaimer & Warranty
- All repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty covering only the parts and labor used in your repair.

- If your device is determined to be unrepairable, we may offer a partial refund or return the item as-is.
- By submitting your device, you acknowledge that any pre-existing issues not disclosed may affect repair outcomes.

- Repairs that are canceled before service begins are eligible for a full refund.
- Completed repairs are non-refundable, but are covered under our 90-day warranty.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your headphones are deemed beyond repair, we will offer to return them or responsibly recycle them.
